High-precision brand engagement for a digital-smart world. We speak up against bland, broad-brush generalizations. We fight for solutions that adapt to the individual's needs, beliefs, behaviors and aspirations. We commit to doing this in every aspect of our work, for our clients and our clients’ consumers. We empower our employees to have no fear in expressing their own individuality.

Ivo was founded by a contract attorney and built by a team of lawyers, technologists, and operators with deep experience in contract work. We've experienced firsthand how manual, fragmented contract workflows slow down business, introduce risk, and drain legal teams. That perspective informed our flagship product: an AI-powered redlining tool that helps teams move faster—without compromising legal judgment. Since then, Ivo has grown into a broader platform, serving not just in-house legal teams, but also procurement, sales, and other key business functions. In addition to AI redlining, our suite includes a smart repository for organizing and managing contracts, and a powerful agentic assistant that helps teams get answers fast—always backed by source-grounded context. Originally founded in New Zealand and now headquartered in San Francisco, Ivo is backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global enterprises and fast-growing startups. We’re proud to support some of the most innovative teams in the world at companies like Pinterest, Quora, and Canva—and we’d love to support yours, too.
