Many are questioning the value of a college education. Only half of US alumni strongly agree their education was worth the cost. The way students value and experience their education has changed. They have new expectations: - Job outcomes, not just a degree - Social and digital, not isolated and static - Experiential, not theoretical Meanwhile, supportive relationships most influenced, even doubled, graduates’ perception that their education was worth the cost. We believe relationships and community are key to student success and engaged alumni. PeopleGrove connects every student and all alumni with the network and resources they need to realize their full potential before, during, and after their time in college. Founded in 2015, PeopleGrove works with over 250 institutions worldwide, including Stanford University, the University of Michigan, Johns Hopkins University, Wellesley College, and the University of Maryland Global Campus. Headquartered in San Francisco, PeopleGrove is backed by Reach Capital and other leading capital partners. Reality Changers has three programs: (1) College Town prepares low-income, high-potential 8th-11th graders to be college-ready by 12th grade. These students oftentimes begin the program with GPAs between 0.0 and 2.0, and therefore need a complex support system to become successful. (2) College Apps Academy guides high-performing 12th graders through the entire college application process, from choosing the right college to getting accepted. (3) The Alumni Network helps over program grads adjust to college, develop professional connections, and form lifelong friendships. Beginning in 2017, Reality Changers will offer a "Train-the-Trainer" program for teachers, counselors, and nonprofit professionals to learn the curriculum of the College Apps Academy program. As such, the Academy's effectiveness will no longer be limited to the classrooms where Reality Changers offers instruction, but rather to all schools and nonprofits that want the expertise of sending their students to college.

GoodGoblin.ai is the ultimate "Admissions Operating System" designed to democratize elite college guidance. We believe expert mentorship shouldn't be a luxury for the few, so we built a data-driven platform that levels the playing field for every student. Our Four Pillars of Success Our platform guides students through the entire journey—from freshman strategy to senior year submission:   Architect (Grades 9–11): Builds a multi-year roadmap and identifies "profile gaps" early on.   Strategist (Grades 10–12): Uses data to find the perfect mix of "Reach," "Target," and "Safety" schools.   Editor (Grades 11–12): Provides 24/7 AI narrative coaching with instant feedback on clarity, story, and structure.   Analyst (Grade 12): Performs a final holistic audit to calculate real-time acceptance probabilities before you hit submit. Why It Matters Proven Results: Our users see a 31% boost in admission odds, with 97% of students securing a spot at a Top-30 university.   Radical Transparency: We show students exactly why an essay works using the same metrics admissions officers use.   Engineering Precision: We turn "guessing" into "optimizing" by analyzing millions of data points from successful applicants.   Join us in our mission to make the path to a dream university predictable, affordable, and stress-free for over 50,000 students worldwide.
