Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
and resolve any issues that may arise
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance
coverage, savings deduction
Support all HR related activities include employee communication, recruitment,employment
and immigration-related matters and maintenance of staff benefits.
Assist and provide support in key compensation & benefits activities such as Annual Wage
Supplement, Performance Bonus and Promotion.
Ensuring compliance with the company policy
Prepare any related HR letters (confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion etc)
Attend to employee queries/ clarifications on HR related issues promptly.
Performing any other duties assigned by management.
Filing/ documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation
& benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records
Able to perform basic accounting added advantage
Ad-hoc administrative office matters as and when required
Requirements
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Additional HR training will be a plus
Must have at least 3+ years of work experience in HR managing end to end HR
responsibilities
Prior 2yrs experience in a Global IT company is a must.
Working experience in organise visa, travel & travel accommodation of staffs is an added
advantage.
