The Role

An opportunity to work with a global firm on an aggressive growth path
Human Resources JD
 Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
 Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
 Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
and resolve any issues that may arise
 Administer compensation and benefit plans
 Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
 Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
 Undertake tasks around performance management
 Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
 Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
 Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
 Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance
coverage, savings deduction
 Support all HR related activities include employee communication, recruitment,employment
and immigration-related matters and maintenance of staff benefits.
 Assist and provide support in key compensation & benefits activities such as Annual Wage
Supplement, Performance Bonus and Promotion.
 Ensuring compliance with the company policy
 Prepare any related HR letters (confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion etc)
 Attend to employee queries/ clarifications on HR related issues promptly.
 Performing any other duties assigned by management.
 Filing/ documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation
& benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records
 Able to perform basic accounting added advantage
 Ad-hoc administrative office matters as and when required

Requirements
 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
 Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
 Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
 Excellent communication and people skills
 Aptitude in problem-solving
 Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
 Additional HR training will be a plus
 Must have at least 3+ years of work experience in HR managing end to end HR
responsibilities
 Prior 2yrs experience in a Global IT company is a must.
 Working experience in organise visa, travel & travel accommodation of staffs is an added
advantage.

 Experience : 2 to 5 yrs
 Education :MBA HR / Finance
