We’re looking for a well-spoken, high achiever who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to join Lugg’s Community Management / Operations Team. This is a multi-faceted role primarily responsible for recruiting and onboarding new drivers and helpers to the community.
This role will require a set schedule that will be a mix of weekend, weeknight and weekday shifts.
Helping everyday people and being persuasive is natural for you. You are excited to quickly deliver on weekly recruiting/onboarding goals. You have the rare ability to be effective with multiple personalities and counsel people in high-pressure situations.
You are constantly wanting to exceed goals and thinking of new ways to improve quality and move fast in parallel. The ideal candidate is empathetic; level-headed and comfortable in his/her own skin. Your first name is “hustle", your middle name is "patience” and your last name is, “proactive.”

Qualifications
You Will:
Recruit and onboard 5-star drivers and helpers to the Lugg platform
Provide email, phone, chat and SMS support to the community
Operate in a highly autonomous environment which empowers you to make decisions
Contribute to high impact projects
Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies
You Have:
2+ years of professional experience in a Recruiting or Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for assisting everyday people to ensure they succeed in the community
Strong communication/writing skills
Ambition to own recruiting and onboarding initiatives for existing and future markets
A drive to consistently deliver results and exceed expectations
Passion for the Lugger experience and finding ways to enhance and better the experience
Experience maintaining professionalism amidst difficult teams, challenging facilities, and last-minute changes to team and candidate schedules
Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system), Macs, Google apps, and systems -- Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to focus in an interrupt-driven environment.
Friendly, outgoing, proactive and reliable team player
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Moving & Delivery industry or hospitality experience is a plus
