We are seeking a motivated Business Development Rep to join our dynamic team. You will be on the front line of our sales process, starting conversations and reporting directly to our co-founder responsible for sales. It is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to evolve within the role and our company.
Your three primary responsibilities are:
- Identify new sales leads
- Pitch our services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
You will have to:
- Be a fast and constant learner, always acquainted with the details of all of our products and the startup ecosystem
- Prepare tailored and substantive proposals, in order to translate leads into concrete business deals
- Research organisations and individuals online, to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Research and intelligence gathering on potential clients, identifying proper entry points and decision makers
- Contact potential clients via email or phone, establish rapport and set up meetings
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Work with our marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to grow the business pipeline and nurture prospects
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as requested
- Monitor inbound communication and convert potential leads into opportunities
- Effectively manage your pipeline in the CRM, ensuring your data is well segmented and updated to a high standard
- Achieve target monthly KPIs
- Other tasks as required and requested by supervisor

- At least 6 months sales experience in a similar role. (Graduates welcome to apply).

Remuneration is based on an uncapped commission structure with no limits on duration of contract. The right candidate will have the possibility to move to our equity program upon reaching targets over 2 years (minimum).
