👤 Role Definition:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in the sales process by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of our product offerings. We’re at an inflection point where the focus is all about customer acquisition and growth having created a market leading solution, and this individual contributor role is critical for the next phase of growth.
📍Remote Position (must be based in GMT-0 - GMT+2 time zones).

📅 Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to further pursue.
📊 Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring visibility into the sales pipeline.
👥 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and campaigns.
🎓 Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
