Business Development Associate

Must be fluent in Arabic We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and internationally oriented Business Development Associate based in Brazil to help identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic relationships, and support business expansion across international markets.

This is a flexible, project-based engagement suited to an independent professional who can take ownership of initiatives, work autonomously, and determine their own approach to achieving agreed objectives.

The role goes beyond traditional sales activities, focusing on market exploration, opportunity development, relationship building, and establishing connections that create long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities
Business Opportunity Development: Identify and explore potential business opportunities, markets, and areas for strategic growth.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Market Research: Explore market trends, identify relevant organizations, and uncover opportunities for business expansion.

Strategic Networking: Build professional networks and facilitate introductions that support business objectives.

Partnership Development: Explore potential collaborations, strategic alliances, and mutually beneficial business relationships.

Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate conversations, understand business requirements, and coordinate discussions with relevant stakeholders.

Project Ownership: Independently manage assigned initiatives, activities, and deliverables from initiation through completion.

Progress Reporting: Provide periodic updates on activities, opportunities identified, and progress against agreed objectives.

Essential Requirements
Based in Brazil.

Fluent in English and Arabic (both languages are mandatory).

Flexible and willing to travel internationally when required.

Previous experience in business development, consulting, project coordination, international operations, entrepreneurship, or related fields.

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify opportunities and develop meaningful professional relationships.

Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

Ability to independently manage project-based responsibilities and deliver agreed outcomes within timelines.
