Lead Generation (US shift)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation professional to join our team, working on the US shift to drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, generating new leads, and consistently meeting revenue targets through effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling services
Close deals through effective sales techniques, negotiation, and persuasion
Meet revenue targets consistently, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion
Generate leads through US market research, identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achievement
