About LetsHang
In a world that lives mostly online, we are making it easier for people to meet in person. LetsHang, built by Vyral, helps hosts bring people together offline. Hosts can create an event, collect RSVPs, sell tickets, get paid instantly and keep guests updated, all in one place. Our US hosts run everything from casual meetups and community gatherings to ticketed events.
The role
You will own email-driven conversion for Lets Hang in the US from start to finish. That means finding hosts, getting them to sign up and getting them to launch their first event. Optimizing this process to scale profitably. Every host you convert means more real-world gatherings. We’ll measure you on results, not on how many emails you send.
What you’ll do
Own conversion targets across outbound, activation (first event created), ticketing adoption and re-engagement
Research and build targeted lists of US event hosts, such as community organizers, clubs, creators and non-profits, and find which segments convert best
Run ongoing experiments on copy, offers, timing and sequences, then scale what works
Keep deliverability strong, including CAN-SPAM compliance and Gmail/Yahoo bulk-sender requirements
Share what you learn from the data with the product and growth teams
Qualification
2+ years in email or lifecycle marketing, with conversion results from US audiences
Clear numbers on wins you owned yourself (e.g. “raised signup-to-activation from 20% to 35%”)
Hands-on experience with lead research tools such as Apollo, Clay ,Sales Navigator etc.
A solid grasp of A/B testing and how to read results correctly
Short, persuasive copy that works for US readers
Experience with an email platform such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Instantly , Klaviyo etc
