Digital Marketer - Founding Member

This is a Founding Member position, not a salaried job. There is no salary until we raise funding. In place of salary, there is significant equity — the exact amount will be based on your experience and how the interview goes. Post-funding, compensation moves to a 50% hike over your last drawn salary, plus equity shares in the company. If you need guaranteed pay from day one, this role isn't for you.

We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial digital marketer — someone who knows this field end to end and is ready to build, not just execute. This is a Founding Member seat: you'll be one of the people who defines what marketing looks like here, not someone plugged into an existing playbook.

We want someone who thinks like an owner, not an operator. If your instinct is to wait for direction, this isn't the role. If your instinct is to see a gap and build the function to fill it, it is.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Promote Our Existing Agents

• Own go-to-market and growth for our live AI agent products
• Drive awareness, adoption, and conversion across channels
• Build and run acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns end to end

Contribute to Upgrading Our Agents

• Bring a marketer's perspective into product decisions — positioning, feature prioritization, messaging-led feedback
• Work directly with the founder/product team to shape what gets built next based on market and user signal

Build a Marketing Team

• Start as the sole marketer and grow into the person who hires, trains, and leads the marketing function
• Set the playbook others will follow — channels, tools, processes, reporting

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Genuine entrepreneurial marketing experience — you've built or grown something from limited resources, not just run campaigns inside an established machine
• Broad, hands-on knowledge across digital marketing: paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, content, email/lifecycle, social, and growth analytics
• Comfortable with ambiguity and full ownership — no fixed playbook, no big team to lean on at the start
• Prior experience building or leading a marketing team is a strong plus
• Startup or founding-team experience preferred
