Senior Full Stack Developer – AI & Banking Solutions

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can transform AI-assisted prototypes (developed using Claude Code / Codex) into secure, scalable, bank-grade software and lead their implementation within financial institutions.

Key Technology & Solution Highlights:

Open-Weight AI Models: Working with models such as Qwen, Llama and other open-weight LLMs, including local inference, optimization and integration with enterprise applications.

Local AI Hosting: Deploying AI applications on Apple Silicon (Mac Studio/Mac mini), Linux servers and GPU-based infrastructure, including environments with limited compute resources.

Banking Infrastructure: Building solutions for on-premise, private cloud and air-gapped environments where sensitive banking data must remain within the institution's infrastructure.

Full Stack Engineering: Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, APIs, databases and enterprise application architecture.

Enterprise Security & Deployment: Authentication, RBAC, encryption, audit trails, Docker, CI/CD, system integrations and production deployment.

Bank Implementation: Working directly with banking IT and information security teams to manage installations, integrations, testing, security approvals and go-live.
