At Terra Economics & Analytics Lab (TEAL), we are building an end-to-end decision support platform for land and property in India for banks, housing finance companies, real estate/infrastructure developers and retail investors.

Our analytical tools and services will utilize collated, organized and interpreted data from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, infrastructure plans, municipal by-laws, building codes and planning requirements.

At Teal we aim to create the largest centralised repository of title and valuation-related information on real estate assets in India. We are working on using big data and machine learning to clean up land records and open up 'dead' capital for financing for households across the country. The ultimate vision is to remove the uncertainty of title and provide clear property rights for a billion people.

We are bringing together a team of top engineers, researchers and lawyers to work on solving multiple problems associated with the state of land and property data in India.
