🔎 What You’ll Do

As a Software Developer at TARA AI Labs, you will:

• Architect, build, and optimize scalable AI systems and platform infrastructure.

• Collaborate with research scientists to productionize large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.

• Implement efficient data pipelines, model serving layers, and API interfaces for real-time intelligent workflows.

• Develop tools that support training, inference, and evaluation of cutting-edge AI models.

• Build robust, secure backend services that drive agent orchestration, credit analytics, and decision platforms.

• Design and enforce software engineering best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.

• Drive performance optimization across systems running on cloud & hybrid environments.

🧠 What You’ll Work With

• Python & TypeScript/Go

• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow

• LLM / Agent ecosystems: LangChain, Ray, Botorch, Hugging Face

• Data engineering: Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake / Postgres

• Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana

🎯 What We’re Looking For

You’re someone with:

🔹 Core Qualifications**

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems

🧪 Experience with backend development in Python or Go

Real-world experience building scalable production systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration

Comfortable building APIs and microservices

🔹 Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Worked with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation

OpenAI / Anthropic / Claude / GPT-series integration experience

Experience with agentic workflows, RL frameworks, or auto-ML

Built data-intensive pipelines and real-time streaming

Experience with credit/finance domain systems a plus
