Position Overview:
The UI/UX & Front-End Intern will work closely with our design and development teams to support various aspects of user interface design and front-end development. This role offers a comprehensive experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in these dynamic fields.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Assist in the creation of user interface designs and user experience improvements.
Collaborate with designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
Support the design team in implementing design principles and best practices.
Front-End Development:

Assist in developing and maintaining responsive and interactive web interfaces.
Collaborate with developers to integrate UI components with back-end systems.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.
Contribute to the codebase using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
Design & Development Support:

Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Assist in maintaining design consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
Support the documentation of design and development processes.
Help troubleshoot and resolve design and front-end development issues.

Project Management:

Assist in managing project tasks and timelines to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
Support project documentation and progress tracking.

Learning & Development:

Gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.

Additional Duties:

Perform other design and development tasks as assigned to support the overall project goals.
Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Availability for a full-time, in-office or hybrid internship.
Ability to start the internship on immediate basis.
Commitment to a duration of 3 months.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and front-end development skills.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive and creative mindset.
