About Zynnex

We build in-app AI voice agents for BFSI — a relationship manager that lives inside a bank's or lender's own app, stays with the user on-screen through KYC and loan journeys, speaks the user's language, and rescues drop-offs with outbound calls.

The role

No team to wait on — you own the stack:

• The in-app SDK (Android/iOS/web) that embeds the voice agent inside client apps
• The real-time voice pipeline
• The agent's brain: screen-context integration, prompt design, LLM orchestration
• The outbound calling engine + telephony and CRM integrations

What we're looking for

• No artificial years bar — show us what you've built (typically 2–6 years shipping production software)
• Strong Python with hands-on LLM API, RAG, or voice-stack experience (STT/TTS)
• Comfortable owning things: backend, APIs, deployment, infrastructure
• Bonus: Indian-language speech data, telephony/SIP/WebRTC, Android or iOS SDK work
