The role

Noesis.tech is an AI-native digital agency combining human expertise with AI to build business-focused solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Business Process Consultant to work across Noesis clients and projects, from AI agents and automation to custom applications and digital workflows.

You will bridge business users and Noesis delivery teams: understand how work happens, design better processes and turn them into clear, testable requirements. This is a process-first consulting role, not documentation-only business analysis or implementation of one ERP product.

Location: Mumbai-based. Attend on-site meetings in Andheri / BKC at least once a week, with remote / online work up to two additional days per week.

Engagement: Contract with Noesis. Duration, start date, exact weekly schedule and commercial terms to be agreed within the above availability requirement.
What you will own

Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews. Observe actual work, including spreadsheets, manual workarounds, exceptions and informal handoffs.
Map as-is processes with clear steps, owners, inputs, outputs, systems, controls and pain points.

Design practical to-be workflows with roles, approvals, exceptions and success measures. Decide where process changes, automation or AI can help, and where human judgement must remain.

Work across journeys such as lead-to-sale, onboarding, customer support, service delivery, billing, procurement and reporting, adapting to each client and project.
Turn agreed workflows into business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritised implementation backlog.

Partner with engineers, designers and vendors on configuration, integrations, custom builds and AI-assisted workflows. Define data needs, human review and exception handling.
Support UAT and adoption: test real business scenarios, track gaps, document revised processes and check outcomes against agreed success measures.
What you will deliver

Current-state process maps, pain points and a systems / data-flow inventory.
Future-state workflows with roles, controls, exceptions, success measures and business-owner agreement.

A concise BRD or requirements pack, prioritised backlog and testable acceptance criteria for delivery.

UAT scenarios, an issue log and practical SOP / handover notes for adoption.
The profile we are looking for

Typically 4-7 years in business process consulting, business analysis or digital transformation; ERP functional consulting experience is also relevant.

At least two systems or process-change programmes through discovery, implementation and UAT. Show how your work changed the process, not just the documentation.
Strong process mapping using BPMN or clear swimlane flowcharts, with samples of your own work.

Confident interviewing business users, questioning assumptions and explaining trade-offs without technical jargon.

Working understanding of customer, operational and finance workflows, and the data, controls and reporting that connect them.

Able to separate business-process decisions from software choices and work with technical teams. Comfortable assessing automation or AI use cases without defaulting to technology.
Based in Mumbai and available for weekly on-site meetings in Andheri / BKC, plus up to two additional remote / online working days per week.
Useful, but not essential

Experience across industries or consulting engagements; workflow automation, integrations, CRM / ERP systems or dashboards; defining AI-agent use cases, human review and measurable outcomes. Coding or a specific platform certification is not required.
