Reddit Growth Associate

OpenScout helps brands with marketing on Reddit. We mostly cater to tech companies.

We are hiring a Reddit Growth Associate to help a couple of our client accounts grow on Reddit.

Requirements:

1. You should have a very good grasp of how Reddit works
2. You should understand how to create content for Reddit
3. You should know how to get karma by commenting and posting
4. You should have an understanding of how to manage your own subreddit
5. You should understand how to avoid ban and shadowban.
6. Should have a prior history of managing and growing your own reddit account or on behalf of your client

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH REDDIT

This is a remote job and is not for someone who has no prior experience of reddit.
