Founding COO

We are an early stage technology company building an ambitious new platform in football, combining collecting, gaming and social competition.

Our initial platform is already substantially built and approaching launch, with game modes, real time competition, marketplaces and more.

The role

You'll work directly with the founder and take ownership of the operational side of the business, turning plans into execution, coordinating people and partners, solving problems and making sure things get done.

You'll have significant responsibility from day one and the role will evolve as the company grows.

We're looking for someone who is

• Exceptionally capable, ambitious and proactive
• Highly organised and commercially minded
• Comfortable with numbers and problem solving
• Able to operate independently in an unstructured environment
• Interested in football, technology, gaming or consumer businesses
• A recent graduate, early career operator or someone who has built something themselves

Previous COO or startup experience isn't required. We care much more about skills and ambition.
