- Coordinate immediate event resourcing, including the sourcing and onboarding of local contractors, production agencies, and catering/venue vendors
- Manage the day-to-day logistics, travel, and scheduling for instructors and talent participating in international activations
- Deliver the physical execution of live events, bringing pre-defined global creative concepts to life in ways that are unique, memorable, and culturally relevant
- Coordinate a dynamic, fast-moving calendar of live activations, including flagship experiences anchored at Peloton Studios London, instructor-led events, brand pop-ups, and community gatherings (including Run Clubs and fitness meetups)
- Implement and manage the tactical workflows for ticketing, RSVP platforms, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences (VIPs, media, influencers, high-value members, and community)
- Lead end-to-end on-site operations including attendee check-in processes, crowd management, venue setup, VIP hospitality workflows, and live troubleshooting, to guarantee seamless execution
- Oversee legal requirements, contract negotiations, and venue permits for all international events to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Collaborate daily with local and global cross-functional peers (Marketing, PR, Social, Content, Commercial) to drive 360-degree event amplification across digital and media channels
- Monitor, track, and report on established key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring attendance, community engagement, and localized feedback to inform future event iterations
- Track day-to-day event expenses, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring individual activation spend remains strictly within pre-allocated financial parameters
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Proven experience managing end-to-end event execution and producing experiential campaigns across global markets (specifically within Australia, Germany, Canada, the UK, or new expansion territories)
- Demonstrated experience managing event resourcing, including contractor oversight, staffing allocation, and production coordination
- Hands-on experience executing guest management, ticketing, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences
- Strong financial discipline with experience tracking event budgets and monitoring project KPIs
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, Social, and Content teams to support event promotion and digital amplification
- Background in producing a variety of live consumer events, ranging from studio activations and brand pop-ups to community-led gatherings
- Experience coordinating direct international vendor networks, cross-border logistics, venue permitting, and regional data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-cultural competency; German language proficiency is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and event management technology platforms (e.g., Splash, Eventbrite, or custom registration systems)
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed and flexibility to work non-standard hours (early mornings, evenings, and weekends) to support live events and collaborate across global time zones
