Applied AI Engineer

We are Novyte building Artificial Intelligence for Chemical Engineering. We are looking for aspiring builders, who wants to own the work they do, know how exactly to use AI in their work. If you are good at Problem solving, asking correct questions, have worked on optimization problems we would love to hear from you.

Along with curiosity, problem solving, some pre-requistes are needed, knowledge of applied AI, context engineering, knowing how to get best out of LLMs, know concepts from first principles, have knowledge about memory management for agents, efficient tool calls in an agent. When to shift to multi-agentic system and when to keep it plain workflow, all using the langchain and langGraph frameworks.

Additonally, knowledge of backend systems preferrably using Fastapi, able to present good apis, knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL databases, preferrably Postgre and Mongo.

Familiarity with coding agents like Claude code or Codex and most important of all a person who takes accountability of his/her work.
