NuPlay builds AI-powered solutions that help global enterprises automate complex workflows. We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer to take customer implementations from architecture through production.

What you'll do
Own enterprise implementations from technical handoff through go-live.
Design and build integrations with CRM, ERP, HR, OMS, TMS, inventory and e-commerce systems.
Work hands-on with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, middleware and data integrations.
Partner directly with enterprise architects and engineering leaders to solve technical challenges.
Review code, troubleshoot integrations and write integration logic when needed.
Integrate enterprise security and identity systems such as Okta, Entra ID, SAML and OAuth.
Help deploy AI/LLM and agentic workflows into production.
Mentor junior delivery and integration engineers and build reusable implementation patterns.
What we're looking for

Must have:

8+ years of technical experience, ideally 8-15 years.
Enterprise software implementation or technical delivery experience.
Strong hands-on API/integration experience.
Ability to work directly with enterprise technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of system architecture and production deployments.

Good to have:

LLM/GenAI/agentic AI experience.
Okta / Entra ID / SAML / OAuth.
SIP / VoIP / CTI / contact-center experience.
AWS / Azure / GCP.
Python, Java, Node.js or Go.
CRM, ERP, OMS, supply-chain or e-commerce integrations.

This is not a Sales Engineer, Customer Success, Project Manager or support-only role.

Location

US Remote. Preference for Texas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and other Southern US locations.

Experience

8+ years; 8-15 years preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + variable + equity, commensurate with experience.
