We're a small founding team building something new in the global hiring market - an AI-native solution aimed at SMB and mid-market customers.

The hiring industry today is stuck in an AI doom loop. Job seekers use AI to apply; companies use AI to filter. Applications have surged past 11,000 per minute on LinkedIn alone, and only 8% of candidates believe the systems screening them are fair. Recruiters are buried, candidates are frustrated, and the trust on both sides is at an all-time low. Most of the tools sold to fix this are doing the opposite - adding more noise, more automation, less judgment.

We think the next generation of hiring software looks fundamentally different. Not a database with AI bolted on. Not another sourcing tool. Something built from the ground up for how hiring actually happens inside SMB and mid-market companies — where most of the world's hiring decisions are made, and where the existing category has historically underserved.

Who we are:

The founding team brings together deep operating experience across the layers this product touches: Our current team has experience in building and delivering HR solutions, scaling global systems in e-commerce and testing and one of us has taken products from $1M to $20M ARR in 18 months, with the latest LLMs as second nature. Between us, we've shipped at scale before. We're now starting over — quietly, deliberately — on a problem we've each lived from a different side.

How we build
We're staying small on purpose. Six to ten people for the next 24 months, with one clear objective: hitting our first ambitious revenue milestone, measured in millions.
