Remote Commission-Only Sales Representative

Next Sober Hour is a mission-driven recovery-tech company focused on helping people through the immediate 5–60 minute window when cravings, triggers, boredom, or temptation hit.

We are building a small founding sales team and looking for confident, motivated salespeople who want to make money while helping grow a company with a meaningful mission.

As a Remote Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will introduce our $299 Founding Partnership Pilot to recovery organizations, treatment programs, sober-living programs, outpatient providers, and other organizations serving people in recovery.

Compensation

• $75 commission for every paid $299 pilot sale
• Performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to qualified recovery and behavioral-health organizations
• Connect with decision-makers by phone and email
• Clearly explain Next Sober Hour and the Founding Partnership Pilot
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Handle common questions and objections using provided scripts
• Keep simple notes on leads, follow-ups, and completed sales
• Ask for the sale and help move interested organizations toward a decision

Sales, cold-calling, B2B, healthcare, behavioral-health, recovery outreach, business-development, or appointment-setting experience is preferred.

No college degree required.

We care most about your ability to communicate, connect with people, follow through, and close.
