Remote Sales Representative

Job Summary
We're hiring driven, self-motivated Remote Sales Representatives to help grow our digital marketing agency. You'll sell proven advertising and marketing services, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Local Services Ads, and SEO, to home service contractors such as plumbers, HVAC companies, and electricians. This is a fully remote role with uncapped commission. If you love conversations, closing deals, and getting paid for results, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to local contractors by phone, email, and social media to book discovery calls.
• Work assigned leads from our Leads Board and follow up consistently to move deals forward.
• Run discovery conversations to understand each business's goals, current marketing, and lead flow.
• Present our advertising packages and explain how Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA, and SEO drive calls and booked jobs.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close new client agreements.
• Track activity, pipeline, and deal submissions in our CRM.
• Hand off new clients smoothly to our fulfillment team and stay involved to drive referrals and upsells.
• Communicate daily with the team through Slack and share wins, questions, and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (B2B, advertising, marketing, or SaaS sales strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and hearing "no" on the way to "yes."
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence on the phone and video calls.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO) is a plus; we'll train you on our offers.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) preferred.
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection.
• Experience selling to home service businesses or contractors is highly desirable.
