Fintech Operations Executive

As a Fintech Operations Executive at kPaisa, you will manage daily operational workflows while supporting the onboarding and coordination of new business partnerships, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and operational stability.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational activities including transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling.
• Monitor operational dashboards and ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support creation and improvement of SOPs and internal processes.
• Coordinate operational onboarding of new partners, including documentation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Act as an operations point-of-contact for partners during setup and post go-live support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in fintech operations, financial operations, or transaction operations.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• SLA Adherence: ≥ 95% for assigned operational workflows.
• Operational Accuracy: Minimal errors with no repeat errors due to negligence.
• Issue Resolution: Operational issues resolved within defined timelines.
• Partner Onboarding Execution: Assigned onboarding tasks completed on time without operational gaps.
• Process Discipline: Consistent adherence to SOPs and documentation standards.
