Founding Automation & Operations Engineer (Privacy Infrastructure)

Click&Free is building infrastructure for digital autonomy.

Founding role with equity compensation only. No fixed salary. We are looking for a founding-level operator who can take ownership of our automation, operational logic, data flows, and internal system hardening.

A core part of this role is taking ownership of systems inside OpenClaw, our internal operating environment for automation, execution, and infrastructure.

What you will own

• Build, clean, and stabilize the operational backbone behind Click&Free
• Improve workflows across intake, routing, validation, and execution
• Structure and maintain Airtable/data logic, automations, and process reliability
• Reduce manual work, system chaos, and workflow breakage
• Turn fragmented operations into a robust, scalable operating system

What you should be strong at

• Automation and systems thinking
• Airtable, APIs, webhooks, process logic
• Debugging broken flows and cleaning messy setups
• Turning vague operational needs into clear execution
• Working like an owner, not like a task-taker

What makes this role different
This is not a normal employee role inside an already finished company.
You would help build the operational core of a privacy infrastructure business from the inside.
