We are looking for a founding-level builder who can take ownership of our monetization logic, value recovery systems, incentive design, and economic infrastructure behind privacy outcomes.

A core part of this role is helping build the monetization and value recovery layer around OpenClaw, our internal operating environment for automation, execution, and infrastructure.

What you will own

• Build and improve the monetization layer behind Click&Free’s privacy infrastructure
• Design systems that convert privacy demand, user action, and successful outcomes into measurable economic value
• Structure incentive models, partner economics, value recovery flows, and monetization logic around our Data2Cash direction
• Turn fragmented ideas around privacy, value creation, and user benefit into clear business systems and repeatable revenue logic
• Help build the economic backbone that makes digital autonomy not only useful, but scalable and commercially viable

What you should be strong at

• Product thinking and monetization design
• Business model logic and value creation
• Translating abstract strategic ideas into concrete systems
• Airtable, APIs, webhooks, automation workflows
• Structuring experiments, incentives, and scalable monetization paths
• Working like an owner, not like a task-taker
• German language is a plus, but not required

This is not a normal monetization or product role inside an already finished company. You would help build the economic backbone of a privacy infrastructure business from the inside.
