We are looking for a founding-level builder who can take ownership of our privacy intelligence, research systems, case analysis logic, and evidence-driven knowledge infrastructure.

A core part of this role is helping strengthen OpenClaw, our internal operating environment for automation, execution, and infrastructure, through better research systems, intelligence workflows, and evidence-based operational logic.

What you will own

• Build and improve the research backbone behind privacy cases, exposure analysis, removal targets, and user guidance
• Structure how intelligence is collected, validated, documented, and turned into actionable outputs
• Improve the quality and reliability of case analysis, source tracking, and research-based execution
• Turn fragmented findings into reusable research systems, decision logic, and operational knowledge assets
• Help build a privacy intelligence layer that strengthens both user outcomes and internal execution quality

What you should be strong at

• Research thinking and analytical structuring
• Turning messy information into clear operational outputs
• Source validation, documentation quality, and evidence-based reasoning
• Airtable, APIs, webhooks, automation workflows
• Translating recurring research work into systems and repeatable logic
• Working like an owner, not like a task-taker
• German language is a plus, but not required

What makes this role different
This is not a normal research role inside an already finished company. You would help build the intelligence and knowledge backbone of a privacy infrastructure business from the inside.
