Sales Development Representative — Remote, UK Market

We’re looking for a confident, organised sales representative based in South Africa to connect with UK hospitality businesses and book qualified product demos.

What you’ll do
​

• Make outbound calls to UK hospitality businesses and speak with owners, operations managers and other decision-makers.
• Understand how they manage their teams and identify where Staff Wing could help.
• Explain the platform clearly, handle objections and book qualified product demos.
• Follow up to improve demo attendance and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Help improve outreach based on prospect feedback. ​ What we’re looking for ​
• Previous cold-calling, outbound sales, appointment-setting or SDR experience.
• Clear, fluent spoken English that UK customers can easily understand over the phone.
• Strong listening, written communication and objection-handling skills.
• Good organisation, reliable follow-through and familiarity with CRM tools.
• A computer, headset, reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Availability during agreed UK business hours. ​ Experience calling UK businesses, selling software or working in hospitality is a strong advantage. ​ Compensation ​
• USD $1,000 guaranteed monthly base salary (USD $12,000 annually).
• Up to USD $500 per month in performance bonuses, based on agreed targets.
• Total earnings of up to USD $1,500 per month when the full bonus is earned.
• Bonus criteria will be explained and agreed before you start. ​ Location and schedule ​ Full-time, fully remote, based in South Africa and serving the UK market.
