Green.com is building a financial platform that helps people save, spend, and move U.S. dollars, with a focus on consumers in emerging markets. Alongside our consumer products, we’re developing payment solutions designed to help businesses process payments faster, more efficiently, and at a lower cost. We’re an early-stage team focused on turning complex financial services into simple, intuitive experiences across mobile and web.

The role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the Green product experience across both mobile applications and web interfaces. You’ll own design from initial user flows and wireframes through polished interfaces, interactive prototypes, and implementation alongside engineering.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong visual design with practical product thinking. You should be comfortable turning complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, making thoughtful decisions with incomplete information, and taking responsibility for the quality of what ultimately ships.

What you’ll do

• Design for mobile and web. Create intuitive experiences for our iOS and Android applications and responsive web products.
• Own the end-to-end design process. Translate product requirements and customer needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Build and evolve our design system. Develop reusable components, interaction patterns, and visual standards that help the team build consistent, accessible interfaces efficiently.
• Work on experiences such as onboarding, account funding, payments, card management, and transaction history.

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI and UX work across both mobile and web.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, navigation, and responsive behavior.
• Proficiency in Figma, including reusable components, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff, along with experience building or maintaining a design system.
• Attention to the details that make a product work in practice: accessibility, loading and error states, empty states, confirmations, and clear interface language.
• The ability to work independently in an early-stage environment, prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and balance design quality with the need to ship and learn.
