Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently design intuitive, user-friendly, and
visually appealing experiences for AI-powered learning platforms and chat-based
interfaces. The candidate should have strong design fundamentals, understand user behavior,
and be able to make thoughtful design decisions based on user experience.

Must-Have

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user behavior, and user-centered design.

• Good knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, layout, and color theory.

• Experience designing web applications, dashboards, and chat/conversational interfaces.

• Strong proficiency in Figma — components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries.

• Good understanding and practical experience with design systems.

• Ability to create responsive and consistent designs.

• Ability to independently think through problems and explain design decisions.

• Experience creating feature introduction videos, product walkthroughs, or UI animations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration with Product, Development, and QA teams.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools while being able to independently create and validate designs.

Good-to-Have

• Experience designing AI-powered products, learning platforms, or SaaS applications.

• Experience with motion graphics, screen recordings, or product demo videos.

• Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video/motion design tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development.

• Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, or user feedback analysis.

• Experience contributing to or improving an existing design system.
