UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer with 3–4 years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive and visually refined digital products.

You should be comfortable working closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to take ideas from early concepts to production-ready experiences. We are looking for someone who can think beyond screens — understanding user journeys, business requirements and how different parts of a product come together.

Experience designing e-commerce or commerce-focused products is important for this role.

What You'll Work On

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design and improve e-commerce journeys, including product discovery, product detail pages, carts, checkout and related customer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Prototype interactions and experiences to communicate product behaviour clearly.
• Review implemented designs with developers and ensure strong design quality through production.
• Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas around usability, product experience and improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, prototyping and design systems.
• Previous experience working on e-commerce products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, information architecture, user flows and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy and consistency.
• Ability to think through complex product problems and simplify them into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable explaining design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently when required.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UI craft and end-to-end design work.
