Description:
As a Founding AI Engineer at Predflow, you will own and improve the core of our agentic platform. You will work on multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration, and design AI agents that carry out real business processes from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founders, help decide how systems take shape, and own what you ship from design to production. You will build our agentic services platform, own the backend architecture end-to-end, build reliable agentic workflows, integrate with client systems and third-party tools, design scalable data models and databases, set up automated workflows, deploy and run services on the cloud, build internal tools, and help shape the engineering team's growth and hiring.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of software engineering experience
• Production-quality Python skills, including vector stores, prompt management, eval frameworks, and observability tools
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or LLM applications
• Solid experience with Postgres
• Ability to think in systems, mapping reasoning, state, tool calls, and human review points in workflows
• Experience setting up automated workflows or custom skills for development processes
• Ability to take vague problems and ship working answers independently
• Desire to learn how to make AI work well in production systems
• Experience with n8n, Make.com or similar workflow tools (Good to have)
• DevOps on AWS or Google Cloud (Good to have)
• React (Good to have)
• Pydantic AI or OpenRouter (Good to have)
• Temporal.io or another durable workflow engine (Good to have)
