We at Ratch AI are hiring for our client SUIND who are in search of an all-rounder Content and marketing associate.

About SUIND
SUIND is an autonomy-first aerial robotics company building drones that operate reliably in complex, near-earth environments where GPS is unreliable and other systems fail. Our drones are designed and manufactured end-to-end in India, using a vision-first autonomy stack for obstacle avoidance and navigation close to the ground.

We started in agriculture — spraying orchards, sugarcane, banana, and rubber plantations across challenging terrain — and are expanding into inspection and industrial monitoring. Our work leaves the lab and operates in the real world, on farms and remote sites where reliable autonomous flight makes a meaningful difference.

Position Overview**
We are looking for an all-rounder Content & Marketing Associate to help make SUIND's work visible, understandable, and exciting. You will travel to the field, meet farmers, and turn real deployment stories into compelling video, graphic, and written content — from first shoot to final publish.

What You'll Do

• Travel to field locations to shoot farmer testimonials, drone demos, and product stories.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content end-to-end for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Present confidently on camera and help others tell their story naturally.
• Design brochures, flyers, pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Write technical explainers, captions, and product communication that simplify complex technology.
• Take ownership of social-media channels — deciding formats, riding trends, and reviewing engagement.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and join early-morning field shoots.
• Organise and maintain photo, video, and content libraries.

What You'll Bring
Must-Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, video production, marketing, or technical communication.
• A demonstrable portfolio of video work.
• Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfort presenting on camera without a script.
• End-to-end video shooting and editing skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote, rural field locations.
• Genuine curiosity about drones and agricultural technology.

Good-to-Have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Understanding of social-media algorithms, trends, and content analytics.
• Ability to create or coordinate regional-language content.
• Experience creating sales collateral, case studies, or customer testimonials.
• Openness to learning basic drone-data concepts.
