About SUIND
SUIND is an autonomy-first aerial robotics company building reliable, scalable near-earth drone systems for complex real-world environments — farms, plantations, infrastructure sites and industrial assets where GPS is unreliable and conditions are demanding. Our flagship platform, Bumblebee, is DGCA type-certified and in commercial deployment; we're now building our next platform for inspection and aerial intelligence. Backed by seed funding and recognised as a DPIIT startup, they're a small, multidisciplinary team building deep tech from India for global markets.

The Role
*We're hiring a Finance & MIS Associate / Assistant Manager to work directly with the Head of Finance as SUIND scales its finance function. *This isn't a bookkeeping role — you'll help build the processes, tools and reporting that power accounting, compliance, MIS, banking and business reporting, with direct exposure to leadership at a fast-growing deep-tech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Process vendor invoices, payment documentation and expense tracking
• Support GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance
• Handle bank reconciliations, accounting entries and banking interactions
• Prepare monthly MIS, budget-vs-actual tracking and cash-flow reports for investors and the board
• Maintain trackers for receivables, payables, purchase orders and collections
• Coordinate with operations/manufacturing on inventory and production-related finance records
• Support audit schedules, due-diligence data and investor reporting
• Help implement and drive adoption of finance automation tools
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, auditors and internal teams on finance documentation

Must-Have

• 2–4 years in finance, accounting, audit, MIS or business finance (articleship + early experience welcome)
• Practical, ambiguity-comfortable problem-solving — not just rule citation
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with Tally
• Proactive communicator, confident flagging issues early
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline

Good-to-Have

• Startup, manufacturing, hardware, drone/robotics or tech company experience.
• Kannada and/or Hindi in addition to English.
• Exposure to inventory accounting or project-based cost tracking.
• Experience supporting audits, due diligence or investor MIS.
• Curiosity to learn the business beyond assigned tasks.

Hours: Core hours 10:00–18:00, ~42 hrs/week
