The Role
Are you someone who thinks in Reels, speaks in hooks, and scrolls with purpose?
Do you understand why some content goes viral and some doesn’t? If storytelling excites you and trends feel like your playground — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn ideas into scroll-stopping Reels, posts, and digital stories.
• Write creative scripts with strong hooks, relatable storytelling, and engaging CTAs.
• Stay ahead of trends, audios, memes, and algorithm updates.
• Research audience behaviour and competitors to craft smarter content strategies.
• Track performance (engagement, reach, growth) and improve content using insights.
• Plan and schedule posts consistently as per the content calendar.
• Build real engagement — reply to comments, interact with followers, and grow communities.
• Confidently appear on camera when required — not camera shy, but camera smart.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation and social media management (preferred)
• Strong content writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities with a strategic mindset to develop engaging and goal-oriented content.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, research methodologies, and performance tracking to drive data-informed decisions.
• Effective communication, client-handling, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5 working days)
