Whether you're a rising influencer or just someone active on social media, we're building a new kind of social commerce (social media led commerce) where brands and people shop, share, and earn, all while vibing with a global community.

Beyond working in a dynamic startup environment, you'll be working directly with operators who've invested in billion dollar companies, scaled Europe's biggest fan engagement platforms, and influenced national crypto policy. Our team brings execution, not just ideas, from raising capital to launching global products and nurturing communities at scale.

As our Graphic Designer, you'll shape how VibeSquad looks and feels across every touchpoint, from a scroll stopping Instagram carousel to a deck that closes a partnership deal. You're not just filling briefs, you're setting the visual tone for a brand that's building something people actually want to be part of.

What You'll Own

• Social Media Design: Create scroll stopping visuals for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and beyond, including posts, carousels, stories, and reels.

• Marketing Collateral: Design flyers, banners, presentations, and other assets for campaigns and partnerships.

• Brand Consistency: Keep a cohesive visual identity across every platform and material.

• Creative Collabs: Work closely with the marketing and content team to turn ideas into strong visuals.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand guidelines.

• Quick Turnarounds: Handle both planned campaigns and last minute requests without breaking a sweat.

(Bonus: motion graphics or video editing skills are a big plus.)

The Skills & Sauce We Need

• Degree & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or Figma.

• Portfolio: A portfolio that shows range across social first content, print or collateral, and ideally short form video or motion work.

• Attention to Detail: Consistent quality and accuracy across every asset, every time.

• Communication & Teamwork: Take feedback well and collaborate like a pro with a small, fast moving team.

• Time Management: Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.

• Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
