Khel.ai is a sports-tech startup building real-time decision review and broadcast enhancement tools for cricket. Our products power officiating, replays, analytics, and fan engagement across multiple professional leagues in India. We work closely with tournament operators, match officials, and production teams — which means your designs don’t sit in a figma file; they go live on the field and impact real-time decision making.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think in terms of product, not just pixels. Someone who understands user problems, workflows, and practical usability. You should be comfortable talking to real users, iterating with engineers, and converting insights into clean and functional product experiences. If you enjoy sports — especially cricket — you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll do:

• Design and refine web + mobile product experiences end-to-end
• Turn real user pain points into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Work closely with the tech team to ship and iterate quickly
• Conduct research and usability testing with live operators / field users
• Maintain and evolve the internal design system
• Benchmark and research product flows to inform design direction
• Participate in live feedback loops during tournaments and product deployments

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of professional UI/UX experience
• Strong Figma + interaction design fundamentals
• Ability to think in user journeys and flows
• Comfortable with user conversations and feedback
• Delhi-based and open to working from office

• Personal projects or startup/hacker energy
• Case studies, demo videos, or recorded walkthroughs
• Research-led thinking or usability breakdowns
• Articles or design write-ups (Medium/LinkedIn/blog)
• Showing thinking > decoration — genuine X-factor over “just Figma”
