We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to develop motor-drive, power-conversion, protection and distribution electronics for a high-dynamic two-axis stabilization system operating from a vehicle power supply.
Responsibilities
Develop the power architecture and electrical power budget.
Design or select DC-DC converters, servo drives, braking circuits and power-distribution modules.
Develop MOSFET/IGBT-based switching circuits, gate drives and current-sensing circuits.
Design overcurrent, short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, reverse-polarity and thermal protection.
Address vehicle power transients, conducted emissions and susceptibility.
Design input and output filters for EMC compliance.
Support PMSM/BLDC motor-control implementation and tuning.
