Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Application Developer to support full systems lifecycle application development across business-critical applications. The selected candidate will contribute to system design, application development, database support, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system design specifications and technical documentation.
• Prepare solution designs that meet system and security requirements.
• Evaluate alternative technical approaches and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, networks, security, storage, and software configurations.
• Develop structured diagrams for databases, computer networks, security programs, and related systems.
• Develop, compile, maintain, and document configurations for databases, servers, computers, security systems, packaged applications, utilities, and communication systems.
• Develop operational and installation procedures.
• Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques for databases, operating systems, network systems, security, and client-server environments.
• Develop detailed system operations designs.
• Work with managers, senior programmers, support staff, and product stakeholders to plan implementations and enhancements.
• Create, test, integrate, and maintain application programs.
• Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms.
• Provide technical support when program, database, or IT issues require additional assistance.
• Provide programming assistance to other development teams and projects.
• Perform system and application testing and evaluation.
• Support quality assurance activities and system integration.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with:
• Designing Web Services/WCF/API-based applications
• MVC
• HTML5
• jQuery
• Bootstrap
• Data structures and data manipulation
• Database design and development
• Programming, testing, and implementation
• Experience with technical and user documentation and software conversions.
• Experience across mainframe, mid-range, personal computer, and laptop environments.
• Experience designing program specifications and implementing software solutions.
• Strong .NET development experience.
• Experience with both front-end and back-end web application processing.
• Experience using Oracle and SQL Server databases.
