About the job

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in telecommunications, Unified Communications, voice, network infrastructure, or enterprise technology implementations.
Proven experience managing large-scale Cisco/Webex Calling, Cisco UC, VoIP, or enterprise telephony projects.
Experience managing complex telephony migration/replacement projects involving multiple sites and large user/device populations.
Experience coordinating technical teams across voice, network, security, Microsoft 365, identity, application, and infrastructure domains.
Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, change control, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
Experience developing and managing migration, cutover, rollback, UAT, testing, and disaster recovery plans.
Experience leading pilot implementations and phased production cutovers.
Strong vendor and third-party implementation partner management experience.
Experience working directly with executive leadership, IT leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
Strong understanding of enterprise telecommunications and UC concepts, including SIP, DID, dial plans, call routing, VoIP, gateways, survivability, E911, and contact center technologies.
Experience managing projects involving analog/legacy telephony devices and operational/emergency systems is highly preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, and enterprise application integrations is preferred.
Experience with public-sector, municipal, utility, or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
