About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Networking Associate to build and expand our sales network across India. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential Sales Partners, Student Ambassadors, and Retailers and converting them into active business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and convert Sales Partners from different states across India.
• Identify, contact, and onboard Student Ambassadors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Partners, Student Ambassadors, and Retailers.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and onboarding records.
• Create and manage sales channels with retailers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and partner activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and networking targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to improve partner acquisition and sales performance.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Probation – First 3 Months ₹10,000/month
After Confirmation ₹25,000/month
Note: Confirmation after the 3-month probation period will be based on performance and role requirements.
