About ASPL Fusion

ASPL Fusion is building India's first BNCT (Boron Neutron Capture Therapy) cancer treatment platform. After commissioning our flagship centre in Gandhinagar, we will scale to a network of 5+ hospital franchise partners across India.

The Role

Scale BNCT cancer therapy from one flagship centre to a network of 5+ hospitals across India. You will identify hospital partners, negotiate franchise agreements, oversee facility fit-outs, and manage the ongoing franchise relationship. This is a business-building role with direct revenue impact.

What You Will Do

• Identify and evaluate hospital franchise partners (Apollo, Fortis, Max, Manipal, etc.)
• Negotiate franchise agreements (licensing fees, revenue share, equipment specifications)
• Oversee franchise hospital BNCT facility fit-outs
• Manage ongoing franchise relationships (quality standards, clinical protocols, training)
• Develop franchise operations manual and SOPs
• Track franchise P&L and report to leadership
• Build referral networks with oncologists across India

What You Bring

• MBA or equivalent; healthcare/hospital management background
• 5+ years in healthcare franchise operations, hospital business development, or medical device sales
• P&L management experience
• Strong relationships with Indian hospital networks
• Understanding of medical technology installation and commissioning
• Bonus: Radiation therapy or nuclear medicine industry experience
• Bonus: AERB or CDSCO regulatory awareness
