Sales & Marketing Intern (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience in business development, client acquisition, and digital sales.

As an intern, you will work directly with the founder and core team to generate leads, connect with businesses, and close deals for our services, including website development, applications, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, local businesses, etc.) Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach Pitch our services and convert leads into clients Maintain follow-ups and build client relationships

Compensation:

This is a performance-based, commission-driven role Earn 10% commission on net profit for every deal you close No upper earning limit

Example: If a project generates ₹20,000 profit, you earn ₹2,000

Note: Profit is calculated after deducting project costs, with full transparency.
