Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven, curious, and ambitious Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on building scalable web application features while diving deep into cutting edge AI technologies, including building autonomous AI Agents, implementing Function Calling to connect LLMs to our backend APIs processing Multi Modal inputs and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
This position is ideal for a fresher or early career professional who has a solid foundational understanding of modern software development and is eager to take ownership of features. We value strong learning agility and leadership potential, someone who doesn't just learn new concepts, but proactively figures out how to put them into production ready features.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Assist in designing, building, and maintaining robust backend APIs using Python (FastAPI) and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS).
• Database Management: Write, optimize and manage relational database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
• AI Integration: Support the development of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, including managing data pipelines for text chunking, generating vector embeddings, and querying vector databases.
• Practical Implementation: Take theoretical concepts and tutorials, evaluate how they fit our business needs, and independently implement them into working software.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Participate in code reviews, document your implementations and demonstrate technical leadership by taking responsibility for features from concept to deployment.
