We're looking for an executive engineering leader who wants to own the technical DNA of everything — not just manage a team, but define and drive the multi-year platform vision alongside our CEO.

The Mission

As our VP of Engineering, you will lead the company's product and platform strategy from Bangalore, directing engineering excellence across applied AI/ML, distributed systems, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. You'll bridge executive vision with hands-on architecture, scaling our platform to match global leaders in the enterprise IP domain.

What You'll Build

• Mission AI & Autonomous Systems — production-grade GenAI/LLM architecture, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous workflows capable of handling complex document automation and structured decision intelligence
• High-Precision Document Automation — intelligent parsing and extraction engines designed for massive, complex, and unstructured datasets (patents, legal documents, and enterprise IP assets)
• Hyper-Scale Cloud-Native Infrastructure — distributed, multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP built for high uptime, cost efficiency, and enterprise reliability
• Robust Platform Engineering — end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, modern microservices architectures, and quality engineering frameworks ensuring velocity and fault tolerance

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of software engineering and leadership experience in B2B SaaS or technology-first environments
• A proven track record of taking early-stage AI/ML prototypes and scaling them into robust, production-grade enterprise platforms
• Deep full-stack engineering roots (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, React, Angular) with mastery of distributed microservices and database modeling (SQL/NoSQL)
• Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and scaling lean, agile engineering teams from the ground up
• High technical proficiency combined with strong business acumen, end-to-end delivery ownership, and executive stakeholder communication

Good to Have

• Extensive multi-cloud engineering experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Hands-on architectural oversight of LLMs, applied AI, and multi-layered deep learning systems
• Background in building systems with complexity similar to legal workflow automation, patent parsing, or regulatory compliance
• Strong mastery of Agile tooling, Atlassian suites, and modern DevOps automation
