Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Embedded Systems Engineering to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex embedded hardware and software programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an Embedded Engineer, combined with proven program management expertise in driving cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and delivering high-quality embedded solutions within schedule and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Embedded Systems development.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Project Management roles.
- Proven experience working as an Embedded Engineer developing firmware and embedded software solutions.
- Strong understanding of embedded system architecture, hardware-software integration, and product development lifecycles.
