About the Role

Vahak is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role and should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and other channels.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company processes, service standards, and communication guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools will be an advantage.
