Product Engineer,AI Startup

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join a fast-growing AI company building an enterprise platform for ERP delivery.

In this role, you will take ownership of product development across the full stack. You will work on data pipelines, backend services, LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and user-facing applications used in live enterprise environments.

You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to understand complex business challenges, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality products from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and deliver full-stack product features from concept through production.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, backend services, and user-facing applications.
• Design and implement LLM integrations and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and solve product challenges.
• Take ownership of features throughout development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high engineering standards in a fast-paced product environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and impactful solutions.
Qualifications
• 0 to 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Full-Stack Engineering, or Product Engineering.
• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Python and FastAPI is preferred.
• Experience building and shipping products or features used by real customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of ownership.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Interest or experience in AI, LLM-powered applications, or agentic systems.
• Evidence of technical excellence through strong projects, internships, startup experience, hackathons, research, or other technical achievements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building B2B, enterprise, or ERP-related products.
• Experience developing LLM-powered features or AI applications.
• Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, or scalable backend systems.
• Experience working in a startup or early-stage technology company.
• A portfolio of ambitious side projects or open-source contributions.
Location and Work Arrangement
San Francisco, California.
This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work from the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The role also includes an equity package.
