We are looking for a motivated Electronics Engineer Intern to join our defense technology startup in North Bangalore. The role involves designing and developing electronics for defense, surveillance, and mission-critical applications.

This is an on-site position suited for final-year students or recent graduates with strong fundamentals and an interest in hands-on hardware development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and debug analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuits.
Create schematics and PCB layouts using tools such as Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or equivalent.
Select components and prepare BOMs, schematics, and design documentation.
Work on embedded hardware, sensors, signal conditioning, power supplies, and communication interfaces.
Perform PCB bring-up, testing, and hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
Work with firmware and systems engineers on hardware-software integration.

Qualifications & Skills

Final-year student or recent graduate in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Strong academic record, preferably GPA/CGPA around 9.0 or above.
Good understanding of analog and digital electronics, circuit theory, power supplies, and electronic components.
Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools.
Understanding of basic PCB design principles, component selection, grounding, routing, and signal integrity.
Basic knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, ADCs/DACs, and communication interfaces such as SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, or Ethernet.
Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, datasheets, and application notes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.

Good to Have

Basic exposure to multilayer PCB design, high-speed or mixed-signal design, EMI/EMC, RF, DSP, or instrumentation.
Academic or personal projects involving electronics, embedded systems, robotics, or communications.

What We Look For

A candidate with strong fundamentals, curiosity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to building and debugging electronics.

Prior industry experience is not required. Academic projects, coursework, and demonstrated interest in electronics are valued.
